Stanleybet Capital, part of the Game World group, is launching a public bond offering worth up to 5 million euros. This offering, approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority, runs between January 22 and February 5, 2025.
The bonds, denominated in lei, have an estimated fixed annual interest rate between 9% and 11% and will be listed on the Multilateral Trading System administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The funds raised will be used to expand the Stanleybet agency network, marketing and promotional campaigns, as well as for entering foreign markets. The group estimates 2024 revenues of over 127 million euros and a profit of 9.4 million lei, up from the previous year.

StanleyBet Capital successfully completed the private placement of bonds in August 2021, at the maximum proposed value of 19.8 million lei, bonds issued with a maturity of 36 months and a fixed annual interest of 10%, payable semi-annually, the maturity being in 2024.
In this process, StanleyBet Capital was assisted by Goldring as an authorized consultant of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, a company with a presence on the Romanian financial market for over 22 years.
In the first quarter of 2022, StanleyBet Capital listed the bonds issued on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, admitted to trading starting with 4.02.2022.
